1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any membership, service, product, or benefit offered by the Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the membership or use any associated services.

 

2. Membership Scope & Benefits

Membership includes access to specific services, credits, discounts, promotions, and event participation as outlined at the time of purchase. All benefits are subject to availability, operational capacity, geographic limitations, and service conditions.

 

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, limit, or discontinue any benefit, service, or feature at any time without prior notice, provided that reasonable effort is made to maintain overall membership value.

 

3. Pricing, Credits & Promotions

All pricing, promotional offers, discounts, and credits are subject to change without notice.

 

• Credits hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Credits may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

• Unused services or credits do not carry monetary refunds or exchanges.

• Pricing may vary depending on vehicle type, service complexity, materials, or location.

 

4. Lifetime Guarantee

The Lifetime Guarantee applies exclusively to the original Member and remains valid only while the Company is actively operating and capable of delivering services.

 

• This guarantee is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be resold.

• The guarantee applies only to the originally registered vehicle(s) or account, unless otherwise approved in writing.

• “Lifetime” is defined as the duration of the Company’s active business operations, not the lifetime of the Member.

 

In the event the Company ceases operations, dissolves, sells substantially all assets, or is otherwise unable to continue service, all memberships, guarantees, and associated benefits shall be immediately terminated and deemed void, without liability or obligation for compensation, refund, or continuation of services.

 

5. Service Limitations & Conditions

All services are subject to operational limitations including but not limited to scheduling availability, environmental conditions, safety standards, material availability, and technician discretion.

 

The Company reserves the right to:

 

• Refuse or decline service at its sole discretion

• Limit the scope of work based on safety or feasibility

• Modify service procedures or materials without notice

 

No guarantee is made that all damage, defects, or conditions can be fully repaired or restored.

 

6. Events, Access & Additional Perks

Access to events (including but not limited to BBQs, galas, promotions, or private experiences) is subject to availability, capacity, and eligibility. The Company reserves the right to limit, cancel, or modify events at any time without compensation.

 

7. Non-Transferability

Memberships, guarantees, credits, and all associated benefits are strictly limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, gifted, sold, or shared without prior written consent from the Company.

 

8. No Warranties Beyond Scope

Except as expressly stated, all services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or property damage arising from the use of services or membership benefits.

 

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member for the membership.

 

10. Privacy Policy

By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information for the purpose of delivering services, managing your membership, communication, and improving customer experience.

 

The Company does not sell personal information but may share it with trusted service providers as required to operate the business. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect your data; however, no system is guaranteed to be fully secure.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the membership or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable province/state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Member and the Company regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
